CONTEST RULES WITH PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
Article 1 – Organization
The company EURL MAROT DE LA GARAYE, located at 2 Rue Ambroisine Garnier Leray, 35000 Rennes, registered under number 441 368 834, is organizing a contest from December 12, 2025, to December 24, 2025, entitled: “6TH ANNIVERSARY OF DUKANNEWBOUTIQUE”.
Article 2 – Contest rules
The contest is a game with purchase obligation. To participate, participants must:
Place an order on the DUKANNEWBOUTIQUE.COM website during the contest period.
Keep proof of purchase.
Registration is complete once the order is placed.
Article 3 Conditions of participation

2️⃣ Tag 5 friends in the comments (1 tag = 1 entry)
3️⃣ Place an order at dukannewboutique.com between December 12 and 24.
Article 3 – BONUS CHANCE
If the participant reposts the Instagram post “6-year anniversary contest” in their story, their entry in the contest will be doubled. This gives the participant one more chance to be selected in the draw.
Article 4 – Entry limits
One entry per order and per person (only one postal address per household).
Article 5 – Selection of winners
A draw will take place on December 26.
Article 6 – Prize
1st prize: 1 return flight ticket from Paris to Jakarta for 1 person.
This airline ticket is offered for departures outside of school holidays, excluding June 25 to September 5.
The flight must be taken between January 25, 2026, and November 30, 2026.
This ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
Once the dates have been agreed with the winner, the ticket is non-exchangeable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.
Any insurance costs remain the responsibility of the participant.
The winner will be notified of their prize by email or telephone before January 15, 2026.
They authorize the organizer to publish their name on its websites and social media accounts.
Article 7 – Personal data
Processing in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data may be deleted at the participant’s request by emailing contact@dukannewboutique.com.
Participation in the contest authorizes the organizer to use the information provided by the participant to promote its services and products as well as those of its partners.
Article 8 – Liability
The organizer is not liable in the event of malfunction or force majeure.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the rules
Participation implies acceptance of these rules.
Article 10 – Disputes
These rules are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, complaint, or disagreement relating to this contest, its interpretation, application, or consequences, participants must address their complaint to the organizer:

Complaints must be made in writing within a maximum of 30 days of the closing date of the contest.
No complaints will be considered after this deadline.
The organizer undertakes to process all complaints within a reasonable time frame.
In the event of persistent disagreement after the organizer’s response, the participant has the option of resorting to a mediation procedure.
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1
of the French Consumer Code, our company has set up a consumer mediation system. The mediation entity selected is:
