Terms and Conditions of the “Guaranteed Weight Loss or 50% Refund” Offer
1. Organiser
The offer is organised by Dukan New Boutique, with the aim of promoting the effectiveness of its programmes and supporting its customers in achieving their weight loss goals.
2. Eligible Products
The offer applies exclusively to orders placed on the official Dukan website relating to:
Weight Loss Boxes corresponding to a target of 6 kg or more.
The combined pack Attack Box + Cruise Box (2-week duration).
3. Conditions of Participation and Commitment
To be eligible for the 50% refund guarantee, the customer agrees to:
Strictly follow the Dukan programme corresponding to the purchased box, without any dietary deviations.
Use the Dukan Premium app (free throughout your weight loss period) on a daily basis.
Enter daily information in the app: their weight, details of their meals, and their physical activity using their Dukan Premium account login.
4. Justificatifs Obligatoires (Photos)
The refund request will only be reviewed upon presentation of the following evidence:
At the start of the programme: A photo of the scale showing the initial weight, including an element proving the current date (e.g. a newspaper of the day or a phone screen with the date visible).
- At the end of the programme: A photo of the scale showing the final weight, also including an element proving the end date.
- These photos must be clear and taken under similar conditions (same scale, same time of day).
5. Refund Criteria
The 50% refund of the total amount including tax (excluding shipping costs) is applicable only if:
- The customer has complied with all the stated commitments (app history linked to their account serving as proof).
- The weight loss target defined at the time of purchase has not been achieved despite full compliance.
- The start and end programme photos confirm the recorded data.
6. Payment Terms
The request must be made within 7 days following the end of the programme via our email address: contact@dukannewboutique.com.
After validation of the application by our team, the 50% refund of the box value will be processed within 15 days using the original payment method.
7. Operation Dates
The offer is valid for all eligible orders placed between 19 March 2026 and 19 June 2026 inclusive (Paris time).
