World Exclusive: Our Konjac-Okara Spaghetti
After 2 years of research and development, we have succeeded in perfecting the first dry konjac-okara Shirataki.
These noodles contain 9.7% konjac flour (compared with an average of 3% in competing konjac-based products) and 4.9% okara.
The combination of konjac and okara gives these pasta products several advantages:
An exceptional fiber content of 8.5
A protein content of 2.3% (4 X more than a classic konjac product*) * e.g. dukan dry rice 0.5 g protein.
A very long shelf life: sheltered and dry. They will keep for several years.
A naturally appetizing color: a beautiful egg-colored yellow; AND, above all, a very tasty, gourmet mellowness that makes it the best DUKAN 2023 product.
“Glucomannan, when consumed as part of a low-calorie diet, aids in weight loss.
