We’ve designed this box with Doctor Dukan specifically to help you achieve this magnificent -6kg result in 4 weeks without you EVER feeling hungry.
Thanks to the combination of konjac, oat bran and okara, you’ll lose those extra kilos in 4 weeks.
How?
You will take a 5-day attack.
5 days during which :
You will eat 2 meals a day of konjac – in the box – which you can accompany with AUTHORISED vegetable and animal proteins – the list is in the box-.
You’ll take 1.5 tablespoons of oat bran per day with a 0% fat, sugar-free dairy product or sprinkled on your dishes,
And also 30g of okara in the same way -dairy….
And for your snacks, chocolate chip biscuits and hazelnut chocolate bar.
You should drink 1.5 litres of water a day,
and WALK 25’/day in 1 or 2 bouts.
And above all :
No white sugar: no bread, no vegetables, no fruit, no sweets
But DO EAT VEGETABLE OR ANIMAL PROTEINS AS MUCH AS YOU WANT

At the end of these 5 days, you will have lost an average of 3kg.
You will then have to do 3 weeks of CRUISE.
This alternates between one day as in the PP attack (pure protein) and one day PV (protein + vegetables), as much as you like.

And every day you’ll have a konjac meal – in the box – to which you can add vegetables or authorised meat, fish or seafood, and I repeat, AS MUCH AS YOU WANT!
And you’ll take 2 tablespoons of oat bran per day

You’ll need to drink at least 1.5l of water a day, and WALK 25’/day in 1 or 2 bouts.

For the 22 days of the CRUISE
11 dishes of konjac noodles in EMMA broth for the PP days – you can add the authorised proteins.
5 dishes of konjac noodles bolognese for 5 days in PV
3 dishes of pre-cooked konjac rice – for 5 PV days ½ SACHETS/day you can add the authorised proteins.
2 packets of okara
1 packet of chia seeds biscuits
1 packet of Glycémia biscuits
1 packet of EXTRA GOURMANDE bar
1 packet of oat bran and chocolate chip cereals
1 jar of Dukanella
ATTENTION, when you consume our biscuits, bars or breakfast cereals, you reduce the quantity of oat bran by half a tablespoon.
